Fields begins his keynote by addressing several of the rising movements in the auto industry -- the first being the growing consumer demand for more driver mobility. With a rising middle class, more people are aspiring to own vehicles. This, in turn, will create more pollution and gridlock. To help target these issues, Ford is releasing Sync 3 that offers drivers the ability to control their smartphone and enable sensory technology. New services like the Car Swap showcases Ford's desire to target the Millennial consumer's diverse needs.
