Gus Speth was formerly the dean of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and has given speeches on environmental change. Currently, Speth is a Professor of Law at the Vermont Law School. He attended Oxford University and graduated from Yale Law School. In the 70s, Speth co-founded the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Gus Speth's career has revolved around environmental issues in one way or another for a long time, which is what makes him a perfect environmental keynote speaker. He believes that changing politics is key to changing the environmental issues society is currently facing.
