The Jake Hemingway talk on adventure shares his personal experience embarking on a five day skateboard trip around the island of Taiwan. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, the speaker came to Taiwan as a missionary with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as a 19 year old.

His personal philosophy of "doing is better than perfection" encourages people to step outside their comfort zone, stop overthinking and take action (especially if it involves travel).
