The keynotes by Morgan O'Neill, which are often presented with Caitira O'Neil, discuss her efforts with the organization recovers.org, which provides assistance and support to communities during and after natural disasters. O'Neil is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Recovers.org. She studied at UNH, where she received a bachelor's of science in physics. She is now working towards her PhD at MIT in Atmospheric Sciences.
With three years of experience in political campaigns and plenty of volunteer experience for ambulance services, she has dedicated her life to saving the lives of others.
