With regards to her educational background, Saeger received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Saeger was named as 'Advertising Woman of the Year' by the Advertising Women of New York and by San Francisco Business Times as one of the 'Most Influential Women in Business.'
