Keynotes by Angela Zhang showcases her passion and interest in subjects such as math and science.
Despite only being a senior at Monta Vista High School, Cupertino, California, Zhang has already won a $100,000 scholarship from the 2011 Siemens Competition in Math, Science and Technology, along with a whole slew of other awards from international science fairs.
Her research has garnered worldwide recognition and subsequently served to get her featured on such well-known news organizations as CNN and CBS. Zhang has organized fundraisers for the Monta Vista Interact Club, which is an annual event that often raises more than $5,000.
Zhang also works to encourage more awareness towards Hepatitis B by participating in the Stanford Jade Ribbon Youth Council.
