Anne Milgram

Anne Milgram's keynotes focus on fighting crime and over-incarceration of offenders using risk assessment and statistics and data. Currently the Vice President of Criminal Justice for the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, a social justice non-profit group, Milgram previously served as the Attorney General of New Jersey. As the Attorney General, she oversaw the 9,00 person Department of law and Public Safety where she used data analysis and risk assessment to curb the state's crime rates.

Anne Milgram's keynotes focus on the importance of combining a Judge's -- or a police officer or prosecutor's -- instincts about an offender with empirical data to conduct an accurate risk assessment of the individual. She is a major proponent of using data and statistics to clean up the justice system all over the country.
